Privacy policy

Last updated: [DATE]. This explains how [ADYANX LEGAL NAME] ("we") handles personal data in Adyanx ERP, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect about you

Your name, email, mobile number and password (stored only in a scrambled form that cannot be read back), and a record of sign-ins (time and network address) to keep your account safe.

Data your business enters

Your business may record its own customers, patients, staff and suppliers. For that data your business is responsible (the "Data Fiduciary") and we process it only to run Adyanx ERP for you. We do not use it for anything else and do not sell it.

Where it is kept

On servers in India (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai). Each business's records are held in its own separate database, and its files in its own folder.

Why we use it

To provide the service, keep accounts secure, send you codes and important notices, and take payment. We do not send marketing without your agreement.

Who else sees it

Only services needed to run Adyanx ERP: hosting (AWS), email delivery ([EMAIL PROVIDER]) and payments (Razorpay). Messaging services such as WhatsApp are used only when your business chooses to send a message.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. After a business is closed, its records are deleted after [30] days, except where the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Our grievance officer is [NAME], reachable at the same address; we reply within [30] days.
