1. Your account

You must give true details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you add to your businesses. Tell us at once at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone else has used it.

2. Free trial and plans

Each new business gets a 14-day free trial. To keep using it after the trial, choose a paid plan. Prices are shown before you pay and include GST where it applies. If a payment is not made, we may pause the business; your records are kept and are available again once payment is made.

3. Your data

The records you put in — products, bills, customers, staff and so on — belong to you. Each business's records are kept in a separate database. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your own legal duties, including GST filings, drug licence rules and the privacy of your customers. Adyanx ERP helps you with these; it does not file returns on your behalf.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Adyanx ERP for anything unlawful, to store data you have no right to hold, or to try to reach another business's records. We may suspend an account that does.

5. Availability and backups

We take backups several times a day and work to keep the service running, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copies of anything essential — Adyanx ERP lets you export your records.

6. Ending your use

You may stop at any time. If you close a business, you can ask for an export of its records within [30] days, after which they are deleted, except where the law requires us to keep them.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the [12] months before it.

8. Changes and law

We will tell you by email before material changes to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [STATE / CITY] have jurisdiction.
